An accepted current eyeglass prescription, physical frame review and trained-optician measurements/approval are required before lens work. A virtual try-on is an approximate appearance preview, not a clinical measurement or guarantee of fit. A secure phone fitting step may be requested when needed. Do not claim a camera picture is always required before payment. For replacement lenses, follow the saved order’s Conroe drop-off or mail-in instructions.
