What does Glasses Drop Off do?
Glasses Drop Off replaces prescription lenses in frames you already own. You choose the lens type, send or drop off your frames, and we make lenses for your prescription.

Can I use frames I bought online?
Yes, many frames bought online from Amazon, Zenni, or other retailers can be used for lens replacement. Some frames may need review before lenses can be made.

Can you work with AI smart glasses?
In many cases, yes. We can review compatible smart glasses and online frames for prescription lens replacement. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your frame is suitable.

Where can I drop off frames?
The drop-off location listed on the site is 224 North Frazier Street, Conroe, TX. Contact us first if you need help confirming drop-off timing or frame eligibility.

Can I mail in my frames?
Yes. If you mail frames, package them securely and keep your tracking number. We recommend including your order information so your frames can be matched to your lens order.

What prescription information do I need?
Use a current eyeglass prescription. Progressive lenses usually require an ADD value and accurate fit details. If information is missing, we will contact you before making the lenses.

How long does it take?
Most lens replacement orders are completed within 5-7 business days after your frames and prescription details are received. Shipping time is additional.

What is the difference between single vision and progressive lenses?
Single vision lenses correct one viewing distance, such as distance or reading. Progressive no-line lenses include distance, intermediate, and reading zones in one lens.

What coatings are included?
Product pages list the included features for each lens. Common options include anti-reflective coating, scratch resistance, UV protection, and lightweight lens material.

Do you accept insurance?
Glasses Drop Off does not currently process insurance directly through checkout. You may be able to request documentation for reimbursement from your insurance provider.

What does the lens protection warranty cover?
The optional one-year lens protection warranty covers one approved lens remake for scratched, chipped, or damaged lenses from normal use. It does not cover lost or stolen frames or lenses, changed prescriptions, or frame damage.
