What does Glasses Drop Off do?

Glasses Drop Off provides optical lens services for customer-owned frames. You send us your frames, choose your lens option, and we coordinate the lens fulfillment and return process.

Can I use frames I already own?

Yes. That is the main purpose of Glasses Drop Off. You can use frames you already own or frames you bought online.

Do I need an Rx?

For corrective lens orders, yes. Customers must provide an existing valid Rx from their eye care provider.

Do you provide eye exams?

No. Glasses Drop Off does not perform eye exams, diagnose conditions, provide telehealth services, or issue prescriptions.

What lens services are available?

Single Vision Optical Lens Order is $150. Progressive Optical Lens Order is $350. Add-ons are $50 each and include Transitions, Sunglass Tint, and Blue-Light Filter.

Can I drop off locally or mail in my frames?

Yes. During the quote flow, choose either Local Drop-Off or Ship My Frames. The assistant shows the matching route instructions for the option you choose.

When do I upload files?

The Lens Assistant starts with your customer-provided Rx when required for the lens order, then asks for a frame photo so the frame details can be reviewed before checkout.
