Lens Workmanship Warranty

The optional paid warranty helps cover lens workmanship issues after your order is completed. It does not cover pre-existing frame damage or customer-owned frame condition.

Service Promise

We review your customer-provided Rx, when required, and frame details before processing. If something does not look right, we contact you before moving forward.

Corrective Lens Orders

For corrective lens orders, a valid customer-provided Rx is required. Glasses Drop Off does not perform eye exams, diagnose conditions, provide telehealth services, or issue prescriptions.

Frame Condition

Customers provide their own frames. We review visible frame condition and compatibility, but customer-owned frames may have existing wear, stress, or damage before lens work begins.

Refunds And Cancellations

Orders can be reviewed before processing begins. Once custom lens work has started, refund or cancellation options may be limited because lenses are made for a specific customer-owned frame.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround depends on lens option complexity, frame compatibility, lab workflow, and shipping time. We contact customers if we need clarification before processing.

Shipping And Drop-Off

Customers may drop off locally or ship frames. Completed glasses are mailed back to the return address provided during the quote flow.

Privacy And Upload Handling

Customer-provided Rx and frame uploads are treated as private customer information. Uploads should be stored in private backend storage, not public web folders or public links.
