Start with your frames and prescription

You can place your order before completing a camera step. Our team reviews your prescription, frames and fitting requirements before making your lenses. A photo does not replace your prescription.

If we ask for a guided fitting picture

Open the secure link associated with your order on your phone and follow the instructions on that page. Use good, even lighting, keep the camera steady and wear the frames as directed. You will be able to review the picture before submitting it.

Only use the reference and positioning instructions shown in your order. Do not enter a guessed measurement to get past a step.

Already have lenses in your frames?

Let us know. We will review whether your existing glasses provide the fitting information we need. That review may reduce the steps you need to complete; it is not an automatic promise that every measurement can be reused.
