What’s covered

Add protection to your single-vision or progressive lens order before payment. Coverage lasts 12 months from delivery or pickup of your completed glasses.

One approved remake covers scratches, chips, or accidental lens damage from normal use. The remake uses your original valid prescription, lens type, and options. Glasses Drop Off pays standard shipping both ways for an approved remake.

What’s not covered

Lost or stolen frames or lenses, prescription changes, and frame damage are not covered. Protection belongs to the original customer and order, cannot be transferred, and has no cash value.
