Return and refund policy

We want your lens replacement order to be accurate and dependable. Because prescription lenses are custom-made for each customer and frame, returns and refunds are reviewed case by case.

Return window
Contact us within 30 days after receiving your completed glasses if there is a problem with your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when helpful.

Custom prescription lenses
Prescription lenses are made to your prescription and lens choices. Custom lenses generally cannot be returned simply because they are no longer wanted. If we made an error, sent the wrong item, or the lenses arrive damaged or defective, we will work with you on a correction, remake, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Frames provided by customers
Customers are responsible for sending or dropping off frames in usable condition. We will review frames before lens work when needed and contact you if a frame appears unsuitable for lens replacement.

How to start a request
Contact us at jason.c.choate@gmail.com or through the Contact page before sending anything back. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted. If a return shipment is needed, we will provide instructions.

Damage or order issues
Inspect your completed glasses when they arrive. Contact us promptly if the package is damaged, the lenses appear incorrect, or you received the wrong item.

Refund timing
