Glasses Drop Off ships completed lens orders to the address provided at checkout. You may also drop off frames locally in Conroe, TX when that option is arranged or available.
Processing time
Most lens replacement orders are completed within 5-7 business days after we receive your frames and prescription details. If your frame, prescription, or lens options require extra review, we will contact you before completing the order.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Standard and expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, destination, and selected shipping method. Delivery time begins after your lenses are completed and shipped.
Drop-off and mailed-in frames
If you drop off frames locally, we will notify you when the lenses are ready or when the completed glasses have shipped. If you mail frames to us, please package them securely and keep your tracking number.
Tracking your order
Once your completed glasses are shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
